As Espresso:
I mostly enjoyed this coffee as a slayer style shot. On my Nautilus, I was at a grind setting of 25. I aimed for about a 20 second pre-infusion at about 2 bars of pressure, five second bloom and them pull the remainder of shot at about six bars of pressure letting the pressure gently drop throughout the shot.
I noticed the lavender first and foremost. Even in milk drinks, the lavender cut through and was present throughout the entire sip. Following the lavender, I got a very delicious note of cherry wine. By pulling the shot under a lower pressure and with a longer total extraction time, I was able to fully extract such a lightly roasted coffee.
